Yes, it was bound to happen! The Cactus system has invaded the hallowed halls of government. The farthest east affiliate of the Cactus intertie is NERA in Washington, D.C. CARBA along with other Cactus affiliates have donated some of the equipment to give NERA a boost in getting their system working well. Pictures are by N7CK taken in his travels east.
